April Dawn Welty

Dental Hygienist

April is from Salinas California and Graduated from Cabrillo college Dental Hygiene Program in 2019. Prior to graduating from the Dental Hygiene Program April worked as a surgical dental assistant for a local Periodontist for 12 years. April prides herself on building a trusting relationship with her patients  and educating them on the importance of good oral health. Outside of work, April enjoys spending time with her 17 year old daughter, traveling and spending time with her family.

Kelsie
Dental Hygienist

Kelsie was born and raised in Prunedale, California.  She joined Dr. Lagier's team in 2012.  At a young age, she learned the importance of keeping your teeth and gums healthy for one's overall health and quality of life.  After she had her braces removed, she also realized how much a beautiful smile can improve your self confidence and social impact.  Kelsie earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from University of the Pacific in 2011.  She has enjoyed her time working with Dr. Lagier's team delivering gentle and thorough care to patients and looks forward to serving the Peninsula for many years to come.  Kelsie feels lucky to live and work in such a beautiful part of California with her husband Travis and their young daughter. She enjoys spending time with family, making improvements to their home, and reading and hiking with their dogs Lucy and Baron.

Sadie
Dental Hygienist

Sadie was born and raised in Salinas, California. She graduated from the Cabrillo College Dental Hygiene Program in 2019 and received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler award, which recognizes the most outstanding dental hygiene student. Sadie’s truest passion is educating per patients by sharing the connection between oral health to overall health. Besides her love for the dental field, Sadie also loves traveling with her husband, reading books, and spending time with family.

Nancy R.
Registered Dental Assistant

Hi I’m Nancy R. and I’ve worked with Dr. Lagier for 20+ years. We’ve had the pleasure of taking care of some amazing patients. I’ve been married to my High School sweetheart for 42 yrs. I have 2 beautiful daughters and 6 wonderful grandchildren, 2 dogs, and 2 horses. I love family time and spending time with my animals. My goal is to make your Dental visit comfortable and pleasant.

Gaia
Registered Dental Assistant

Gaia interned with our office as part of completing her Registered Dental Assistant training at Monterey Peninsula College in 2011.  She is one of Dr. Lagier's dental assistants and specializes in apprehensive patient care.  Gaia is from Big Sur, and after living in Europe for several years, returned to this beautiful area to raise her family.  She is also a make-up artist and enjoys gardening and reading with her children.

Julie
Registered Dental Assistant

Julie was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula. She joined Dr. Lagier's team in 2015 and worked for other dentists in the office as well. She graduated from the the dental assisting program at Monterey Peninsula College, received her Certified Dental Assistant and X-ray license and earned her R.D.A. and Coronal Polishing license in 2003. She is the mother of a nine year old son and in her free time enjoys photography, bike riding, and hiking with her family and friends.

Linda
Front Office Administration

Linda was born in the bay area and joined Dr. Lagier in Summer 2020. She is very happy she has joined our team! Linda has been in the dental field for over 17 years begin as a dental assistant and moved her way up to the front office administration. By far the best part of her job is building a bond with patients and helping them with their dental goals. When Linda is not in the office assisting patients, she likes to spend time with her 3 daughters and husband taking annual vacations to Disneyland and cooking her delicious Mexican dishes.

Valerie T.
Front Office Administration

I was born in Nampa, Idaho and was raised in Salinas, CA. I have been in the dental field for 10 years. I got into the field because of my mom, she herself has been doing this for as long as I can remember. I love doing what I do every day and helping out others when I am able to. I even met my husband 8 years ago, while he was in orthodontic treatment. I have had the pleasure of being cross-trained working as an assistant and a receptionist throughout the years in general dentistry and orthodontics. I got my education at MPC where I finished my x-ray course and got my license. I then continued my education at Dental specialties to finish the rest of my education and got all my certificates. In my free time I like to be at home with my 2 wonderful children Adrian and Gabriella and my husband. I also love to read and do some crafting on my cricut when I have some quiet time.

Hello my name is Crystal, I’ve been in the dental field since 2002. I started as a dental assistant and moved my way to the front office, and I love working in both positions. I’ve been married since 2000 and I have two amazing kids, a son who gave me my first grand baby in 2020, and my beautiful daughter who is my little princess. I love my job and the people I get to meet over the years.
