April Dawn Welty

Dental Hygienist

April is from Salinas California and Graduated from Cabrillo college Dental Hygiene Program in 2019. Prior to graduating from the Dental Hygiene Program April worked as a surgical dental assistant for a local Periodontist for 12 years. April prides herself on building a trusting relationship with her patients  and educating them on the importance of good oral health. Outside of work, April enjoys spending time with her 17 year old daughter, traveling and spending time with her family.

Sadie
Dental Hygienist

Sadie was born and raised in Salinas, California. She graduated from the Cabrillo College Dental Hygiene Program in 2019 and received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler award, which recognizes the most outstanding dental hygiene student. Sadie’s truest passion is educating per patients by sharing the connection between oral health to overall health. Besides her love for the dental field, Sadie also loves traveling with her husband, reading books, and spending time with family.

Elizabeth
Dental Hygienist

Elizabeth(Liz) graduated from Cabrillo College Dental Hygiene Program and is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene  Association. She has previously worked as a dental assistant & front office treatment coordinator where she developed a passion for all aspects of the dental field and patient care. She enjoys working closely with patients to ensure they receive the highest level of oral health. Elizabeth attends many continuing education classes and is always striving to gain more knowledge for the benefit of the patients. “ I am very grateful to work with an amazing team at Dr. Lagier’s office.” Outside of work Elizabeth loves spending time with her family in Baja California.

Julie
Registered Dental Assistant

Julie was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula. She joined Dr. Lagier's team in 2015 and worked for other dentists in the office as well. She graduated from the the dental assisting program at Monterey Peninsula College, received her Certified Dental Assistant and X-ray license and earned her R.D.A. and Coronal Polishing license in 2003. She is the mother of a nine year old son and in her free time enjoys photography, bike riding, and hiking with her family and friends.

Linda
Office Manager / Dental Assistant

Linda was born in the bay area and joined Dr. Lagier in Summer 2020. She is very happy she has joined our team! Linda has been in the dental field for over 17 years begin as a dental assistant and moved her way up to the front office administration. By far the best part of her job is building a bond with patients and helping them with their dental goals. When Linda is not in the office assisting patients, she likes to spend time with her 3 daughters and husband taking annual vacations to Disneyland and cooking her delicious Mexican dishes.

Valerie T.
Front Desk Administration / Dental Assistant

I was born in Nampa, Idaho and was raised in Salinas, CA. I have been in the dental field for 10 years. I got into the field because of my mom, she herself has been doing this for as long as I can remember. I love doing what I do every day and helping out others when I am able to. I even met my husband 8 years ago, while he was in orthodontic treatment. I have had the pleasure of being cross-trained working as an assistant and a receptionist throughout the years in general dentistry and orthodontics. I got my education at MPC where I finished my x-ray course and got my license. I then continued my education at Dental specialties to finish the rest of my education and got all my certificates. In my free time I like to be at home with my 3 wonderful children Adrian, Gabriella, Cristian and my husband and my husband. I also love to read and do some crafting on my cricut when I have some quiet time.

Front Office Administration

Hello my name is Crystal, I’ve been in the dental field since 2002. I started as a dental assistant and moved my way to the front office, and I love working in both positions. I’ve been married since 2000 and I have two amazing kids, a son who gave me my first grand baby in 2020, and my beautiful daughter who is my little princess. I love my job and the people I get to meet over the years.

Dental Assistant

Chloe was born and raised in Salinas, California, and is a dental assistant. Currently she is studying at MPC, working through her prerequisite classes to chase her dream of becoming a dental hygienist. When she's not at work or in school, you'll find Chloe reading a good book, knitting, or enjoying quality time with her family and friends.
